My Therapy Locations
Since COVID, more clients prefer online therapy. They are able to fit therapy into their busy lives and the hourly rate is lower as there are no additional costs for room hire. However, I still recommend going out for at least 15minutes (where safe) before sessions to help you connect with what you need, and after sessions to consolidate your learning and provide space for further reflections and processing.
I offer “walk and talk” sessions at the online hourly rate for clients who benefit from being outdoors, don’t get outside enough but find it beneficial to their well-being, or find it helpful to move during therapy. Please note:
- Locations are chosen by me to ensure quiet, scenic walks and to manage my schedule.
- These sessions are weather-dependent and may switch to online if needed.
- This support is reviewed regularly and may not be suitable for everyone or at every stage of therapeutic processing; prioritising safety is essential.
- We will explore together what works best, keeping well-being at the forefront of our work together.
I have rooms that I hire for in-person sessions, but this will result in a £10-£15 an hour increase depending on the location available. Please contact me for more details.
